What’s included in a headshot session?

One edited headshot. Edits include color correction, subtle touchups such as brightening eyes, tidying stray hairs, and gentle wrinkle smoothing for a polished yet natural look. Photos will be delivered as high resolution JPEGs. Background removal is available for an additional fee and can be delivered as a PNG or a PSD with layers.

When will I get the photos?

Right after the shoot, we’ll send you a link with all the images we took. You’ll be asked to select your favorite one, and our editing team will promptly begin working on it. Edited photos will be emailed within 1 to 2 business days. Please note that custom editing requests might add some extra time to the delivery.

Do you offer group rates?

Absolutely! Please reach out and we’ll get back to you with a custom quote ASAP. We love working with teams and offer discounted rates for groups of 5 or more.

Can you match the look of my current headshot?

Sure! Just provide a sample image or link, and generally we’ll be able to match the style and lighting perfectly.

What if I'm not free during standard business hours?

What if I need more than just a headshot?

How long do sessions last?

We’re super efficient and are able to get high-quality headshots done in 30 minutes. If you feel like you need more (or less!) time, or for companies looking to shoot multiple people, please reach out and we’ll get back to you with a custom quote.

How do I prepare for my headshot session?

We recommend wearing simple, solid, neutral tones, while avoiding logos or distracting patterns. Bring along a few outfit changes and a suit or jacket for an additional option. Can I choose the background for my headshots?

Standard headshot includes the option to choose white, gray, or black, as shown on the home page. If you have any specific colors in mind, please reach out and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

What is the usage policy?

Your edited headshot comes with unlimited personal, commercial, and promotional usage rights. Feel free to use it for any social media platform, website, or portfolio.

Do you provide the unedited images?

We don’t provide any unedited images, as our goal is to deliver professionally edited, polished headshots that reflect our standards. However, additional edited photos are always available for a small fee.
